Her practice focuses on wills, trusts, estate planning, estate settlement, estate litigation and she advises South Shore corporate clients on their legal rights, responsibilities, regulations, and business transactions. Kayla joined Sullivan & Comerford in 2018. Her practice focuses on real estate litigation, personal injury litigation, real estate transactions, land use, zoning and permitting. VIEW BIO
Kathleen is an attorney with over thirty years of experience practicing architectural, engineering, construction and real estate law. She represents architects/engineers, consultants, owners, and developers in transactional and general counsel type matters and in the drafting and negotiation of contracts, and provides risk management and dispute resolution advice and assistance. Jacqui joined the firm in 2007. After working as a part time legal secretary for many years, Jacqui became the full-time firm office administrator and keeps the attorney’s organized and our doors open. From answering the phones to drafting Purchase and Sales Agreements, Jacqui has experience doing it all.
Stefanie is a 2019 graduate from Curry College where she received her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology with a minor in Biology. In 2020, Stefani joined the team at Sullivan & Comerford, P.C. as a Paralegal. VIEW BIO
Olivia officially joined the team at Sullivan & Comerford in September of 2021. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a BA in Behavioral Biology in 2017, where she also completed a minor in business with a concentration in law. VIEW BIO
Barney is a 13-year old pug-lab mix in charge of office morale. He is a good boy whose duties include greeting delivery people, keeping the waiting room chairs warm for clients, and quality testing the carpet for maximum comfort. Barney is licensed to give cuddles to anyone who visits.
